Planning Tree Reports
Where trees are located on or adjacent to a proposed development site a tree survey to British Standard BS5837: 2012 will be required as an essential part of the planning process.
The survey will include an arboricultural impact assessment which explains in detail all of the constraints for developing around the trees and the implications posed to the trees by the development. The Method Statement will explain how the trees and development will integrate together and the necessary procedures to achieve this harmony.
As arborists we have over 13 years of experience in producing reports as part of planning applications and have collaborated on many major projects on both local and national scales. By involving our services at the start of your project, the design process can develop around any arboricultural constraints, this saves time and money.
"Richard not only provided a first class report in the stated time he also recommended a few changes to our design which helped us to gain full planning permission.."
