Mortgage Tree Reports
Many mortgage providers will request a tree report before approving a mortgage. Trees by houses may influence soil moisture levels and may cause damage known as subsidence. This is when the soil shrinks as it dries which causes movement of the foundation leading to structural damage.
Trees may also cause direct damage to structures from contact by roots underground or by branch growth pushing against a built structure.
As arborists we have over 13 years of experience in producing reports for mortgage providers and can usually execute instruction within 48-72hrs from our client’s instruction.
"A last minute request from my lender had me in panic mode, but Richard put me at ease and responded very quickly, turning what could have been a big problem into a very minor inconvenience. Fantastic service and I couldn't recommend Braemar more."
